I have been treated very good in their service department and I surely recommend it to my friends and family. So when I purchased again another car in 2008, I did not hesitate to buy it from Romy Cruz again in Elk Grove Toyota. I really appreciated it when Martin Brown took the opportunity to host a light buffet dinner for the new Toyota car owners and guided us thru all their dealersip's services. I purchased again another Toyota Prius last Oct. 2010 and guess what, same personnel who helped me before assisted me again for the third time. Because of some financial issues that I had experienced in the past due to the passing of my sister, my credit is not the best. Therefore, Romy had to consult with Steve. I was unable to qualify for the purchase of the Tundra, however, Steve went through the inventory of Certified Used Vehicles in order to find a vehicle that I was interested in and was also qualified to purchase. We finally settled upon the Sequoia, which I actually favored over the Tundra. I then met with Kenny who was also extremely courteous and helpful. I had a friend with me that said when she was ready to purchase her next vehicle she would definitely come to Elk Grove Toyota. I have been a customer of Elk Grove Toyota (previous Florin Road Toyota) since 2000. I have always had a very good experience with the dealership and this was the best one. More
