Romy and Saad were great to work with. They were helpful and encouraging without being pushy. I was only in the dealership to have my Toyota Highlander in for regular maintenance but Romy was irrestible. and encouraging without being pushy. He was so cheery and positive that I decided to give in to my reluctant urge to test drive a couple of cars. When I explained to Romy why I wasn't happy with the first car, Romy seemed to understand what I wanted and suggested one that was perfect. To make my experience more convenient, Romy brought both vehicles up to the show room so that I wouldn't have to walk all over the lot to see them. He and Saad were both very thoughtful and caring. My daughter is planning on returning in a few months to buy a truck and she will be working with Romy. More

Will never buy or refer anyone to Elk Grove. If if were not for the quality of product, I would not have bought. It was the aftercare that was terrible.
