As I told you today I went to the dealer to fix a mistake that you made again. I was attended by a very petulant and arrogant financial person. I also thought he made fun of me. I went for you to fix a mistake that you had made again . However, he told me that I had to talk to the financial company and compose the mistake you made with my name.. I don’t know why once you sold a car after you don’t care about us any more

When I told him that they don't care about us as customers who didn't help us once they sell they don't care about us anymore and he answered I do very rudely you're telling me that I have to talk on the phone to the company instead of you fixing your error why do I have to talk about a mistake that you made then he said well I can tell you that your Outfit looks very good at you that helps you he said the turn to look at the receptionist the with fake smile he said that’s it made me felt so frustrated humiliated I don’t deserve this
