This was the worst experience I have ever had in working with a car dealership. They claimed one price, but continued to bring me a price that was much higher during the buying experience. A month after pur with a car dealership. They claimed one price, but continued to bring me a price that was much higher during the buying experience. A month after purchasing the vehicle there became an issue that needed to be seen at Service. Even though I had purchased the vehicle just a month prior they were not willing to waive a diagnostic fee or back their vehicle in anyway. When I inquired “is there anything you can do for me” they claimed they were gutted on the deal and I was made to feel as though it was my fault For the deal that they made. According to the Manager…“We are not willing to give anything else on this vehicle.” The vibe they gave off was we washed our hands of this vehicle because we made a bad deal… And I am made to feel as though it’s my fault. Horrible customer service. More
