Rocco Cesario did somewhat help with negotiations, but when a customer asked for something he needs to make sure to be a man of his word and follow through on the request of the customer not below the customer off because you never know when your general manager find out what you’re doing. overall, I will say that my experience at the Volkswagen dealership was decent. Stay away! !!! The car prices posted on the website do not include all the extra fees which are mandatory to complete the sale. They charge for extra warranty as !!! The car prices posted on the website do not include all the extra fees which are mandatory to complete the sale. They charge for extra warranty aside from the VW warranty already included which they call “CERTIFICATION FEE”($2k), another fee for “preparing” the car ($1k) and an additional $1k for a cash deal. A total of $4k extra from the initial price plus taxes and other service fees to get the car out the door. Visited other VW dealers in the suburbs and none mentioned these ridiculous fees. Stay away from this dealer!!!!!!!! More
