Low to no stress whatsoever, friendly customer service from everyone whom I encountered, and attentive service when completing a sale. Chuck Lewis and Rob Buchanan were excellent to work with. My main salesman was Karifa Mara. We had met on a previous visit to the dealership, so returning to actually buy a vehicle was like reconnecting with an old friend. He was extremely attentive even to the fact that my son was getting hungry during the paperwork processing for the sale, and so he found him something to eat and drink. This is A++ service all around. Even the young service associate, Roberto, was an example of genuine attentiveness. all around this is the perfect example of customer service at its best. I have just bought my first Maserati, but this will not be my last, and I will come to Criswell to purchase the next one too! Keep up the great work! More

I don't know how to say this politely, but in the past when I have dealt with car salesmen, I've left feeling like I needed to get a shower to scrub the "ick" factor off. My dealings with Karifa were not at all like that. He's personable and knowledgeable, and will tell you when he doesn't know something, rather than making stuff up. I will cheerfully recommend Criswell - and specifically Karifa. And I'll definitely be recommending my Alfa Romeo Guilia, as well - the car is a blast. Robert Buchanan worked with me on some of the paperwork associated with the lease arrangement; he, too, seems like a good guy to deal with. When I'm a car dealership, my senses are tuned to the "Shields up / assume that everyone you meet is trying to find an angle to pick your pocket" mode. I most definitely DID NOT have that feeling at all with these gentlemen. Note: I dinged the "quality of work" one star because the license plate on my car was attached using screws that are too long, so it kind of flops around. That's a silly little thing, but it's wrong, and on a car that is both beautiful and in the "luxury" category, it's the kind of thing that should be noticed and done right. That last comment was way, way into the details. Back to the big picture: When my lease is up on this car, I'll be back. That is something I've never been able to say about any new car dealership I've made a purchase from in the past. It's a refreshing change. Thanks, gentlemen. I will be recommending you, and Criswell Alfa / Maserati, to friends and colleagues. More

New Alfa Romeo Giulia - Another Great Experience with Karifa I met Karifa Mara few a years ago when he helped me lease a vehicle from another dealership. His attentiveness to all my needs, patience in hearing all my concerns, and above all his professionalism in the entire process made me realize then that it would not be the last time we'd be meeting. As my lease was nearing its end, I contacted Karifa to see what my options would be for the next vehicle. He immediately responded back (both texted and called), first to see how I was doing, and second to see if I was interested in coming in to test drive the new Giulia at Criswell Maserati. So, I agreed. Karifa could not have been more welcoming and (yet again) professional. He deciphered through my concerns and steered me towards a Giulia that was right for me--and not for him, the dealership or the numbers. Karifa, unlike other sales professionals I've experienced, understands his roll in the entire car lease/purchasing process: he is the intermediary between the customer's needs/concerns and the car that is right for that customer. He does all this with a great amount of enthusiasm, class, and optimism--which, in my most recent experience, reassured me that I was making a decision for myself, by myself, and without any external pressure. My experience at Criswell Maserati would not have been complete without Rob Buchanan and Krystie Zhang. Both Rob and Krystie were quiet professional and patient with me in the entirety of the process. After I had selected the Giulia I desired, Rob and Krystie crunched the numbers; and while doing so, they both made it evidently clear that they would do anything within their bounds (even staying after hours) to have me drive off with my brand new Giulia. Overall, it is clear to me, after my experience with Karifa, Rob, Krystie, and with extension with the entirety of the (small) Criswell Maserati family, that they are just that: family. Nowhere in my experience was I pressured to make a decision I didn't want. Rather, my questions and concerns were assured by Karifa, Rob, and Krystie in a calm and professional manner. Would I recommend the Criswell team--especially Karifa, Rob, and Krystie? Yes. Was my experience with Criswell a memorable? Absolutely. Am I enjoying my decision to go with the Giulia? You bet. More

While in the market for a new car, I researched the area Maserati dealerships and Criswell had a great inventory and their online sales were enticing. The experience provided by Alberto was exceptional as was that of Omar, the GM and Robert (sales manager I believe). They truly made me feel welcome and never made me feel like I was being sold to. They listened to my "likes" and gave me options. Imagine that, a salesman that actually listened!! I had to leave early on my initial visit but before I left I changed my mind from a car on the lot to one in the showroom I had fallen in love with. When returning the next day, it was outside, fully detailed and even had my home address programmed into the GPS ready for me to drive it away. Needless to say I did and will do so again at my next decision point. They are phenomenal and I highly recommend them. Oh yea, Alberto came in on a Friday to meet me the first time and it was his day off !! Wow !!!!! More
