Fantastic Experience & Professionalism I drove down from Pittsburgh PA to purchase an Alfa 4C land edition from Alberto and Omar on Saturday 5/30/2015. I was running a bit late due to thund I drove down from Pittsburgh PA to purchase an Alfa 4C land edition from Alberto and Omar on Saturday 5/30/2015. I was running a bit late due to thunderstorms coming down as well as unscheduled food break, but I walked into the dealership and Alberto was at the door and greeted me by name and offered both myself, my girlfriend, and my friend a beverage while they pulled the car around for me to review. While the car was being pulled around, Scott (the service manager) introduced himself to me as he is the person I initially liaised with on the car. I think everyone could tell how excited I was about the car. After I walked around the car and finished some paper work with Alberto, Omar came out while I was playing in the car to walk me over to complete the sale. The price I received on the car was fantastic and very competitive, especially for a car so rare. Everyone was incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgable about a fairly rare car. I have already recommended Criswell to some friends and will continue to do so all the way from Pittsburgh! Additionally, after I got home I sent Scott a message asking about service on the car and got an almost immediate response. A+ dealership More
