The foreign influence enhanced the car buying/service experience. Today we bought an American car (used) through Criswell Maserati. While it wasn't one of the 6 figure Maserati's on the showroom floor, you would have thought we were buying one. Robert set up the buying experience with a quick and low pressure response to my offer. Chuck handled the actual sale when we arrived. The whole staff could not have been more cordial and thoughtful after our 3 hour drive from SE Virginia. From Sales, to Finance to the General Management, you would have thought we were long lost friends. I can recommend Criswell Maserati without hesitation. That in itself is a complement since I am such a skeptic of human nature. It was well worth the 340 mile round trip. Kudos to all! More

I purchased my car the next day and he had me in and out within 1 .5 hours. Robert the sales manager was fair and honest and Omar the GM was upstanding and forthright. Fantastic buying experience from start to finish Our quest to purchase a new Maserati was supported from start to finish by Abiola and Omar from our arrival at the dealer ship to our drive away in ou Our quest to purchase a new Maserati was supported from start to finish by Abiola and Omar from our arrival at the dealer ship to our drive away in our brand new car ! Abiola talked with both of us and quickly understood what we were looking for in both model and price range ! He assisted us in looking at several models and made our selection and purchase virtually faultless. Omar accompanied us personally to the Finance staff and answered all of our questions to our complete satisfaction as we closed the deal, while Abiola was ensuring our new car was prepped and ready to go for us. We were given a complete briefing on our new Maserati and all of the operational aspects of it. Of note also was the fact that Mr Oliver, the service manager was in on his day off but was ready and willing to help us with some questions and purchases for the new car ! All in all, great team effort!! More
