This was my first time to buy a GMC truck after being a Chevy man since my very first car in 1972. Katie was my primary contact, she worked hard to find the truck and color that I wanted! I believe it was Robert who helped fill out all the forms and he recommended the extended warranty. I had never purchased one before, but he was helpful in guiding me to add this large purchase on for peace of mind should I need an expensive repair. I will certainly contact this dealership in the future when I need another car or truck! More

Customer service has gotten horrible. There service department broke my brand new truck and had to take it some where else to be fixed and cost me 100’s of dollars in repairs. And used a machine that wasn’t supposed to be used to fix my tires. The oil change was improperly not done correctly the oil filter was not tightened and leaked out in garage floor. Just went to another Dealership haven’t had a problem since. Hate say this about them but have been doing business with them over 15 years. More
