My car's battery died while at the airport, I called the dealership and they were able to send out AAA and a tow truck! We got a rental car and waited for my car to arrive at the dealership, took a bit but dealership and they were able to send out AAA and a tow truck! We got a rental car and waited for my car to arrive at the dealership, took a bit but they were able to tow it all the way from DFW to Heritage in Rockwall after hours! Car sat for the night and was pushed into the lot before they even opened for the day! Couple hours later they replaced my battery and reimbursed us for the rental car. They made a very difficult 24 hours much easier! More

I worked with Brody Tittle and he did a good job with the sales process. The service department did fix the glove box and did a little work on the windshield even though the gravel dings still showed. sales process. I am writing this review to express my disappointment with the communication throughout my whole process of having my car in their service department from 4/20/26 to 5/7/26. I understand the delays were with the communication throughout my whole process of having my car in their service department from 4/20/26 to 5/7/26. I understand the delays were due to the extended warranty company however there was no updates given from the service department. I was the calling every few days on the status. I was given dates that my car would be ready only to get to that day to find out nothing was done. I had 3 phone calls from them in 17 days and the 3rd call was that my car was finally ready on 5/7/26. Then I show up to get my car just to find out my car was in a hail storm on 4/25/26. I had to leave the dealership with a busted windshield and hail damage covering my hood and roof. The service guy had the nerve to say "Did your car come in looking like this?" Then preceded to tell me it's my responsibility and to turn it in to my insurance. No Empathy. No I'm sorry we didn't contact you. There entire attitude was blaming the "Act of God". I understand the weather and I'm not blaming them for the weather. It's the no communication and the shock and awe they left me as well as a very dirty car. I will never go back to Heritage Rockwall for any reason. More
