Oil change and tire rotation went good. Also asked that they put a bolt in my side step that rattled out, and the rep repeated my service needs back to me before ending the call. I returned to the service desk and asked why this got missed and was told it wasn’t on the service ticket. He always acknowledged me by name when I walked in and said I deserved good service for as many years I had been coming there- probably 25 yrs. John was my beloved service rep - was so disappointed he left but Sam now taken care of me for approx 4-5 years. Went this week and was so disappointed Brad service manager is gone. As many years as he had been there I hope changes aren’t in line there. It’s important to me to know and trust who I take my vehicle to.
