My service Advisor Matt Roy has been with both groups for many many years and has ALWAYS Treated us Fairly, Explains everything in Detail on any issue with the vehicles I bring in for service. Matt goes that extra mile to make sure everything is done correctly and assists on any issues I have had. He is my go to Service Advisor and has been for all the years I have been purchasing BMW's. Most of us purchasing vehicles hate or dread this part. Not with Paul. Request him and you will not regret doing so. To the McGovern Auto Group - These three Guy's are the reason why I have been a faithful customer for a very long time. You have a GREAT TEAM with them. That's hard to come by these days. The only complaint worth mentioning - What happened to the In house car wash !! That was a service that really made the difference. Was it really necessary to eliminate that. It does make a difference. We the consumer do appreciate after spending a decent amount of money on service to walk out into a clean vehicle really sets a dealer apart. Sure, you throw in a car wash coupon once in a while, which is appreciated, but that's a bit of an inconvenience. Wagner had the unit and it was a NICE TOUCH, you all took that out almost immediately when you took over. Just my opinion..... Miss that service Golden Touch. Thank you! Brian More

After having a very bad experience LOCALLY In RI . . everything happens for a reason .. right? My new car purchase (not leasing) is being shipped in from Germany.. everything I could want and more .. . everything happens for a reason .. right? General Manager Robert Picerno who I dealt with for years back to back (then leasing) … a true stand up guy … made it happen … in two days via phone, mind you .. I had to post this to thank him and highly recommend him… cannot say enough positive things about this guy (and his very attentive assistant Garrett) Consummate professionals… honest … another seamless perfect transaction.. no headaches! Gene and Rob were fraudulent in selling us two cars last year. We are filing legal action against them and have moved our business to Sudbury.
