Holly was amazing every step of the way on buying a new vehicle that met all of our families expectations. There was a lot to choose from and it didn’t take long to pick one out. Jerry in finance made the vehicle that met all of our families expectations. There was a lot to choose from and it didn’t take long to pick one out. Jerry in finance made the final step very seamless. Would highly recommend for all of your purchase and service needs. More

TL;DR - DO NOT COME HERE AT ALL. YOU WILL REGRET IT. If you must, avoid salesman, James Heath and used car sales manager, Rob Milani like the plague. Bait and switch tactics, lies, and manipulation. Terr you must, avoid salesman, James Heath and used car sales manager, Rob Milani like the plague. Bait and switch tactics, lies, and manipulation. Terrible customer service. I was in my 4th Acura MDX with 1 year remaining on the lease. I was contacted constantly from this dealership about bringing the car in to be appraised because customers "really want my car". I knew if I kept the car I would be over on miles, so it was worth a try right. I came in on a Friday night and I waited for at least 20 minutes for anyone to help me the very first time. Meanwhile I found a used Model X I wanted to see. Rob Milani, the used car sales manager, finally helped me and took my keys to my MDX to be inspected. Meanwhile, Rob took me back to look at the Model X and I inspected it very well as he knew little to nothing about Teslas (which is expected since its an Acura dealer). The model X was missing the charging cable and only half charged, which was a red flag to me, so I told Rob that I would do my research and be back on Monday. They quoted me a good trade in price on my lease, so the incentive to find another car right away were there. I spent 2 days fully researching the Model X to see if it was feasible for me. At this point I did ALL of the research myself with some help from the sales team at Tesla (which should actually have gotten the commission). I called Sat morning and Rob quoted me a monthly payment price based on my downpayment. When I came back on Monday, none of my questions were answered prior to my appointment as I requested. The sales guy, James Heath, at this point was assigned to help me and he was completely useless (and I hope reading this too). He was the epitome of shady sales tactics. They knew I wanted to inspect the battery so instead of sending a porter to the supercharger, they handed me the key and went on lunch. I spent over an hour letting it charge to 100% to ensure the batter was not severely degraded. Once I was ready to buy it, they raised the price of the car by $1000 overnight and tried to tell me I was getting a good deal on the car. He even tried to show me blue book comparisons of the P100D (much more expensive) vs the 100D and pretend it was the car I was looking at buying. When I called him out on it, he said "fine dont but they car, I only get paid by the hour anyway". (I think we can guess that's a lie, but if it isn't it, even speaks volumes to this guy's character). He left his deck and got Rob, who I dealt with initially and after raising the price, I told them I wanted the price I was quoted over the phone to which they denied ever saying. James claimed their calls were recorded but when I asked to hear the recording he changed his tune to one of "they take notes". Bottom line, I did ALL of the research and sold the car myself. I received no insight, no help, but they were lazy, manipulative and made out on it because they knew I needed and wanted to find another car for a trade-in. They wouldn't discount the car even a dollar for not even having the charging cable (~$525) and making me do all their work. I asked for the aftermarket hitch on my trade in to be removed (a few bolts) and returned to me. They also said it wouldn't be an problem, but service was closed. Then James left me a voicemail the next day stating I would have to pay for it to be done. After the manipulating they did on the sales deal, you would've thought they would at least try to save face, but nope. Luckily someone in service removed it and gave it to me and Rob made it seem like they gave me such generous service for not charging me the hour of labor. Stay away from this sham of a dealership. This is a shady desperate used-car lot with an Acura sign on the building. If you have to go there, do not buy from James Heath or Rob Milani. Hopefully they will learn to treat customers with some respect. Added bonus: I was in for service on the Tesla rims and 2 other women were complaining about how awful their experience was with James and Rob. Service was made everyone wait 30minutes past their appointment times and didn't seem to care at all. More

My Trust was Earned...and Deserved I needed to replace a car and was in the market for a low-miles used vehicle. I had a bad experience at a dealer in my neighborhood who told me he ha I needed to replace a car and was in the market for a low-miles used vehicle. I had a bad experience at a dealer in my neighborhood who told me he had in stock what I had seen online and, once I reached his dealership a couple hours later, he told me that car had actually sold over the past weekend but he had something else I might like. I was NOT happy and left with a bad attitude. After talking with Rob Milani, the used car manager at Continental Acura in Naperville, I felt confident again that there were people out there that cared what the customer wanted and were not just trying to sell the oldest cars on their lot. Rob was very patient with me as I asked more than the average amount of questions and was more than happy to let me test drive as many vehicles that I liked over a couple weeks. When I had narrowed down my choices, Rob introduced me to Jeff Schlenger in sales. Jeff picked up right where Rob left off. He was very knowledgeable and listened more than he talked - a skill that I think is going away in sales! Jeff helped me figure out the perfect used car that fit our budget and really helped us through the entire process. In fact, a few weeks a after I bought the car I had a question about something and Jeff told me to come right in and was able to check out my issue immediately that same day. I highly recommend the used car staff at Continental Acura and will refer them to all my friends and family. More

First-time buyer -> Lifetime customer! I have never purchased a car before, but I spent 6 months researching all the negotiating tricks and dealerships around the Chicagoland area. Ultimate I have never purchased a car before, but I spent 6 months researching all the negotiating tricks and dealerships around the Chicagoland area. Ultimately, I decided an Acura ILX would be a greater first car for my new career. I contacted Abe Crump at Continental Acura and, once I found the perfect ILX, he led me through the process. I am glad I read up on car dealers beforehand, but I am even happier that I did not have to use what I learned because the folks at Continental Acura make the car buying experience hassle free and straightforward. Thank you again, Abe! I am certain you made a customer for life. More
