Rob is a dedicated family man, well as much as a golf addict can, who has been married for 19 years to his wife, Michele. If I could go lower on the rating chart I would. Took my car in for an oil change. Had a coupon for 54.95. when dropped car off they were charging me 66 and some change. I asked them about the price difference and I was informed that was was paying extra for disposal and shop supplies. Which I was not charged on prior oil change service. I was waiting in the lobby and and contacted them on their website to say I was unhappy about being charged more than the coupon stated and a 3% fee for using credit card. Total was going to be around 70 for an oil change. After waiting an hour in the lobby a person I am guessing is the service manager comes and gets me and says that they are not changing my oil and parting ways with my business. I left the establishment and contacted the person that contacted me via text and told them about lack of service from them. I hope that they don't treat all there customers that way when you complain about price. More

Made an appointment for Oil Change and tire rotation. Was quoted 29.95 for the oil change and 24.95 for the tire rotation. On the final bill i was charged an additional $8.24 for "Shop Supplies" I que Was quoted 29.95 for the oil change and 24.95 for the tire rotation. On the final bill i was charged an additional $8.24 for "Shop Supplies" I questioned WHAT SHOP SUPPLIES? He couldn't answer and went on to say "Everyone one in Wisconsin does it!" What sort of answer is that? I told him my Indiana dealer certainly doesn't charge this. In addition I had to rummage in my billfold for enough cash to pay the inflated bill as they are charging 3.5% for use of a credit card!!!!! I will never use Russ Darrow again, second bad experience while I have been up here for short periods Having another dealer to compare thhis outfit with certainly highlighted the service and rip offs... More
