The day of the sale of our Honda CRV -Jan 31, 2018 Rob went above and beyond what I expected, the vehicle that we had looked at had been sold, so Rob found a vehicle in Bennington, VT. He had it brought back to Albany, call my Insurance Company for Insurance Cards. He went to my house picked up my second vehicle and my husband ( My husband can no longer drive due to a illness) . Wonderful! My mom and I first met Rob while my 2005 Honda was getting a state inspection. I was looking for a specific used car (White Honda Accord, 2015 with 30 My mom and I first met Rob while my 2005 Honda was getting a state inspection. I was looking for a specific used car (White Honda Accord, 2015 with 30,000 miles or less). We sat down together and looked at our options. Unfortunately, the only white car he had in the lot was a 2016 with 42K miles so we said thank you for your time but we are going to continue to look around at other dealerships, which he understood. Right from the beginning he was very friendly and personable! About a week later, my dad and I came back for the heck of it to test this white Honda Accord with 42K...Turns this was the perfect car for me and we ended up purchasing! Rob showed us the car facts, answered any questions we had, and was always accommodating throughout the process. We had never bought a used car before so he was very helpful and informative! I have had the car for a bit over a week now and I LOVE it! Although it had more miles then we wanted, it was well taken care of by its previous owner which we were able to see through the detailed notes in car facts.
