New car buying made easy I was in the market for a new car; an SUV in particular. The Honda CR-V was highly rated so I went to Lia Honda based on good service I had received I was in the market for a new car; an SUV in particular. The Honda CR-V was highly rated so I went to Lia Honda based on good service I had received from another Lia dealership (Hyundai). The sales room was clean and inviting, the receptionist was cheerful and immediately introduced me to Rob Dawes, a Sales Consulant. Rob was very professional, knew the product line very well and easy to talk to. In a short time he knew which model, trim option etc. that would satisfy my needs. The selection was ample and the test drive went well. Although I wasn't determined to buy a car that day, the price for my trade in was more than fair and Rob assured me he could get the paperwork done in short order and I could drive my new car home that day. Like I said, new car buying made easy! More

I had an idea of what I wanted but still not knowing where to start.....she provided me with all the vehicle information for those in my price range and interest. When introduced at the dealership, she was so nice- patient and genuine. I had originally chosen a different (color) vehicle to purchase but later that evening had second thoughts and when I contacted Kasey about another vehicle I saw online, she quickly tracked it down for me and it was available to see/ drive (and purchase!!!) on my next visit a few days later! I cannot explain all the work that goes into making the car buying process so seamless at this dealership. Thank you again Kasey! More
