New 2017 Jeep Cherokee I visited Marty Cancila just to weigh my options on if I wanted to get a new car. My boyfriend and I walked around the lot checking out the cars and p I visited Marty Cancila just to weigh my options on if I wanted to get a new car. My boyfriend and I walked around the lot checking out the cars and prices. We worked with Pete Thibodeau he was very helpful and full of knowledge about cars. The car that I did purchase was not on Marty Cancila's lot but Pete assured me that as soon as the car came in he would give me a call to come check it out. Pete was prompt and on time with getting me in to look at the car possibly before someone else checked it out. Once shown the car i began to get nervous because i had not bought a car in the last 12 years. Long story short I purchased a 2017 Jeep Cherokee which I have grown to love. Pete Thibodeau was very helpful and eased my mind of purchasing a car. He has helped me in the process of buying the car and after and i really appreciate his great customer service. I would definitely recommend Pete Thibodeau and Marty Cancila to anyone I know looking to purchase a new car. More

The Celebrity Treatment Pete Thibodeau was amazing from start to finish. Thus is actually my second car from Marty Cancila, I purchased my first car 10 years ago and it was a Pete Thibodeau was amazing from start to finish. Thus is actually my second car from Marty Cancila, I purchased my first car 10 years ago and it was a certified pre-owned, it ran wonderfully all these years and I never had a single issue with it, so I knew I would be returning to this dealership. Pete greeted me like a family, and the experience was warm, genuine and incredible. We talked about not just cars but any and everything under the sun while we waited for the financing to go through. He showed me his inventory, New and pre-owned, pulled my beautiful Jeep out and warmed it up and we took it for a test ride, Pete set my radio, synched my phone, and showed me all the incredible features on my Renegade. Pete made a great cup of coffee and we chatted while the paperwork was being processed. This man is so warm and friendly and hilarious, i genuinely enjoyed his company and he feels just like family. The experience wasn't pushy, cheesy, or any hassle or haggling, it was easy and pleasant. Pete showed me the carfax on my vehicle was honest and upfront in all disclosures and gave me a wonderful reception. Dan in finance was just as amazing, he was warm, friendly, thorough and shared wonderdul insight and experience to help me make the best choice in adding GAP, and a great Tire and Rim protection package. We had several jokes and the experience was absolutely wonderdul. Dan got me a wonderful low monthly payment right in my price range with all things I desired. I felt like I was getting celebrity treatment. I absolutely recommend Marty Cancila and Pete Thibodeau is a A1, in my book, make him your first choice when looking to buy your car. More

Ms. Cydney, was a very pleasant young lady and she was also very nice to speak with in person as well as on the phone. She was also a very very polite professional lady. Ted, in the rental car department was also very helpful, courteous and professional. Bill, in service was also very kind, courteous, professional and he was very helpful as was all the others, with the exception of....the Manager, Rick Bockhoff, who was very rude, he down played my intelligence and in my opinion was not at all a professional in his capacity as a Manager. He should NOT be working with the public and I would NEVER again deal with this person, at all, in any capacity. Thank you, to all the professional people that I had the pleasure of meeting at Marty Cancila Dodge. Horrible management and non knowledgable service department I spent 23000 dollars on a 2008 Dodge Challenger srt8 at marty cancilla 4 months ago within the first 4 months of owning the car I had to have the pus I spent 23000 dollars on a 2008 Dodge Challenger srt8 at marty cancilla 4 months ago within the first 4 months of owning the car I had to have the push button start replaced, front airbags which were a recall, today they refused to replace my brakes that are shot and in 4 months the brakes should not be shot........ gave me every excuse in the book not to help pay for the 650 dollar hit it's gonna cost to get new slotted rotors and pads put on?????? Seriously that's customer service?????? They aren't here to make the customer happy, o ya and did I mention 2 months ago when it was u see warranty still I took it to hem for the brakes and they cleaned them and said they were fine hahaa that's a joke and so is marty cancilla horrible place to go More

Came in a Ford Guy and left a Dodge Boy! I came in with a flyer from another dealership and found myself looking at hi performance cars with Joe V.
