From start to finish, my experience at Bright Bay was remarkable. I had scheduled a test drive on a Sunday with no intention of purchasing a vehicle, which I made well aware to Rich. Not only was he respectful of that, but he wasn't pushy, he was patient and kind, was knowledgeable, and allowed me to walk out the door no questions asked. Don't get me wrong; he wasn't aloof, he just allowed me to have my space. Lo and behold, I came back to this dealership because of him and his kindness, and his 'no-xx' attitude. I communicated with him via email to make him aware that I was interested in purchasing, and he was able to find the exact new vehicle I was looking for. I was shocked and surprised at the first offer I received, because it was exactly in the ballpark of what I was looking to spend with my budget considered. When we went through the process of purchasing, when the vehicle was ready, Stephen was a gentleman and was so kind, patient, and honest throughout the entire process.
