This Mazda shop caused an issue with my car during an oil change, had me drive there twice after telling me the first time nothing was wrong (I live an hour away), then gave me a loan car that I was required change, had me drive there twice after telling me the first time nothing was wrong (I live an hour away), then gave me a loan car that I was required to return with full gas. But my car was returned with 40 miles used up and nearly empty gas. I felt like it would be good customer service to at least fill up the gas or some compensation considering this issue was their fault. It all felt like a loss and inconvenience for me when I did not even cause the problem in the first place. More
