I had a very serious and concerning experience with Toyota of Hollywood. A hard credit inquiry was run on my credit report without my authorization while I was only requesting a vehicle price and finan Toyota of Hollywood. A hard credit inquiry was run on my credit report without my authorization while I was only requesting a vehicle price and financing quote. I never signed or consented to a credit check. After discovering the unauthorized inquiry, I requested documentation proving my consent, and none was provided. This matter has been formally reported to Toyota Corporate, 700Credit, the CFPB, FTC, BBB, and the State Attorney General. Consumers should be extremely cautious and ensure their credit is not accessed without proper authorization. More

Diana, thank you for your response. I have already attempted to contact you via text message some time ago and, unfortunately, I have not received any response to date. Given the seriousness of this situation — involving an unauthorized hard credit inquiry — the lack of follow-up has been disappointing. I hope this outreach is not merely a public response for appearances, and that there is a genuine intention to address and resolve what occurred.
