Excellence in Service - yet again! Rich the service manager and Blake were just phenomenal with their customer service and just like two years ago they're as great now as they were back then. Just outright professional and nice! It was good to see them again! I also used the website chat to get a quote on what I needed service on and Blake emailed me a budgetary number and things just flowed perfectly from then. Great parts and service I was having trouble with my truck and could not find the parts that I needed anywhere online or in auto stores anywhere. When I asked at the stores t I was having trouble with my truck and could not find the parts that I needed anywhere online or in auto stores anywhere. When I asked at the stores they had no answer at all, just a blank stare. My last resort was the dealership, which should have been my first and will be from this point on. I called Bill Wiler a salesman we just bought my wife's car from. ( awesome guy ) he pointed me in the parts and service center direction. Not only did they have the exact part I was looking for just from looking at a picture I sent but the service and time it took was awesome. My truck was back on the road and I had no worries when they were done with it. Elkins cheverolet is the real deal guys. I have received a warm welcome and awesome serivice every time I walk through the doors! More
