I guess they because they were ripping me off from my trade and wanted to make some more money on my trade. Very sad company I’ve been buying cars for over 45 years never met a company like this in my life Buyer beware these people will cutthroat you inside of a second!!!!!!! More

Elkins Chevrolet Excelled in one area of my car buying experience, and that was Taking my money. Elkins dealership is also great at sending Extremely important BLANK Purchase documents via E-mail....... experience, and that was Taking my money. Elkins dealership is also great at sending Extremely important BLANK Purchase documents via E-mail.......BLANK!!! Their salespeople also REFUSE to provide paper copies of Carfax and Car-Bravo documents when requested by potential buyers, then, said salesperson NEVER sent the Promised e-mail of the copies of Carfax and Car-Bravo documents. They were AWFULLY Excited and Quick to take my money though. And let's not forget, my wife and I sat in the waiting room for 2 hours and 20 minutes to get 4 tires changed....Wow. More
