I have been a mechanic 40 yrs and they listen when you explain a problem. Best of all , locate and fix the problem with no excuses. Toral confidence in them. More

Outstanding with Rich Kinsey - the man listens!! Thank you Rich Kinsey and Jeff u both made the Kelly experience actually enjoyable. Great Guys like usual This is my 4th Nissan purchased from this dealership. 1 from Mr Bill Pallo and 3 Mr Mario Cabrera. Also, Mr John Arena did the financing for me and This is my 4th Nissan purchased from this dealership. 1 from Mr Bill Pallo and 3 Mr Mario Cabrera. Also, Mr John Arena did the financing for me and Mr Rich Englemen always handles my service dept issues. All these gentlemen have always been superb in their handling of my car buying experience. Very honest and upfront as to what they could do for me. I have been a tough customer, but they always kept a smile on their face and worked to give me the best deal they could. I have been a Nissan Owner since 2002 and will continue to be, specifically because of these individuals. Thank you guys. More

Great selection, great dealer. I've dealt with Mario Cabrera two times; once for my 2014 Altima and now for my 2016 Rogue. He's a fantastic salesman. No pressure, no hassle, no rush I've dealt with Mario Cabrera two times; once for my 2014 Altima and now for my 2016 Rogue. He's a fantastic salesman. No pressure, no hassle, no rushing, none of that. We took our time, went over all the details on the vehicle and the lease contract. I was in and out before you knew it. I will be leasing or financing from him again once my current lease contract ends. Their service department is equally phenomenal as well. I've worked with both Larry Hughes and Rich Engleman in times past. Both extremely professional, courteous and will help you when you're in a pickle. I thought no one could compare to Zach but she was professional, courteous , energetic and truly concerned with my inquiry about a new vehicle with being so upside down. She took her time and listened to me and put me in a brand new Frontier out of the one that was badly damaged in my accident. And I would be remiss if I did not mention Mr. Will Chavez...He stayed on that phone until he had a deal that I would accept. He fought tooth and nail to get me to the right numbers. And he did it!! I am extremly grateful and will definetly pass on my experience. I appreciate all of you and look forward to servicing my new truck at Kelly. How to treat your customers I had previously leased an Altima through Rothrock, and had nothing but horrible experiences with their service department. From stealing money out of I had previously leased an Altima through Rothrock, and had nothing but horrible experiences with their service department. From stealing money out of my car, to mistreating it, to managers calling me a liar, to sneaking in services that were unnecessary. In my frustration, I refused to go back to that place. I now needed a new dealership to go to for my next lease. I work over by route 33, so I figured I would give Kelly a try. BOY am I happy I did! the service team is so much more professional, and you get a real feeling of gratitude for bringing the car there. I needed some service done on the 2013 Altima, so I had some time to kill. I walked over to the showroom, to see what the 2016's looked like, and was greeted by Rian. He asked if I need some help, and after I told him my intentions to lease another vehicle, he set me up with Jim Metzger. Jim was extremely nice and professional. He made me feel comfortable, and was not pushy at all. I told him my desire, and he made it happen. A beautiful 2016 Altima 3.5 SL. It is gorgeous! After a short test drive, I was hooked. The sales team made me a deal that worked with my income, and after some paper signing and a couple hand shakes, the deal was done. When I picked up the car, it was on the red carpet in the middle of the showroom looking like a million bucks, It took my breath away. I couldn't believe it was mine. Jim went through all of the tech stuff (both of us admittedly are tech geeks) and I left feeling satisfied and overjoyed. The sales team are awesome, and did everything they could to get me in that car. I will ALWAYS go back to them, for sales as well as service. From Rich in service, to Jim in sales, the whole team was top notch. One of the best buying experiences of my entire life. More
