A big problem I always mention for years now, appreciate they wash the car but they do NOT dry it. Might as well wash it over cause it spots the car. I actually bring my own towel to dry car before I leave. This time I was not given a new receipt after they took off my $ I had on my rewards card. I did not write it down also so now I am waiting to see it on my bank account. I always wish that I get Rich Engleman, he is the friendliest & not pushy at all. More
