After thorough consideration I went to Kelly Nissan to get my old Nissan altima serviced and dealt with Rich and Mike who were nothing but wonderful! After thorough consideration me and husband decided it was time to get rid of the old nissan because of all the repairs needed. Anita walked us through every step and was very great at explaining the pros and cons of leasing. She was so genuine and kind. The information she provided us with guided our decision and now i am driving a 2018 nissan sentra. I am super happy with how everyone treated me at Kelly Nissan :) More

Service with a smile I was fustrated with the Nissan service in Bridgewater. I tried over a week to schedule a service with them. They were too busy to speak with me, so I I was fustrated with the Nissan service in Bridgewater. I tried over a week to schedule a service with them. They were too busy to speak with me, so I left a message and they failed to return my call. I callled back a few days later and the woman said ‘oh, they are busy’ and put me on hold. I waited 20 minutes and then hung up. I called Kelly Service and the phone was answered immediately. I was sent over to Service and the rep that made my appointment made me feel wanted as a customer. I scheduled my appointment for this morning. The staff was pleasant and friendly. I was in and out in just over an hour. The waiting room was comfortable. I will be back for my next service! Thank you for excellent customer service! More
