Everyone is very welcoming and Sabrina was very helpful with answering all of my questions. Also I appreciated that Michael helped me find a car that worked for me and my budget. I bought my car there because of the excellent service dept, Jason Brown, Alejandra Rosario and Emily. I will not buy from Villages Subaru again due to their not being truthful about early payoff. RJ to dept, Jason Brown, Alejandra Rosario and Emily. I will not buy from Villages Subaru again due to their not being truthful about early payoff. RJ told me that I could not pay off in the first 3 months. Michael Keegan also told me this during a meeting. After I questioned him and told him that Subaru financing thru Chase had told me that was not true. He then finally fessed up that actually I could, but that if I paid off within the first 3 months, the dealership would not receive their kickback. I was also told by RJ that he could throw in the 72,000 mile ext warranty, but was charged for it. I also was charged $1900 for a delivery fee. The car had been in lot for at least 1 week. Mr Keegan finally said that it was dealer fees and that maybe the should revisit their verbiage. I agreed and told him that customers should not be lied to. I know of 6 people that tried to buy a car from this dealership and left due to their feeling uncomfortable about how the were spoken to by assistant sales managers. More

I don’t know how this dealership works, but I got approved with a Credit Union with a 5.75% APR, after sing all the documents and take possession of the vehicle, they called me 2 weeks after to tell approved with a Credit Union with a 5.75% APR, after sing all the documents and take possession of the vehicle, they called me 2 weeks after to tell me me that the Credit Union didn’t approve the Loan, so I had to find another loan with by my self in order to complete the transaction. Not such a good experience. More
