While the facilities were in disarray from planned renovations, the staff were friendly, helpful, and knew their cars. Sales process was relatively hassle free and honest. The dealer, Ray, was attent renovations, the staff were friendly, helpful, and knew their cars. Sales process was relatively hassle free and honest. The dealer, Ray, was attentive to our needs, gave us a detailed rundown of the car’s features, and did a great job following up with known problems with the car upon delivery. We will for sure return to Kia of Wesley Chapel if we decide to purchase another Kia. More
