Normally, I would have given a five-star review but I have a problem with how the recall inspection and process went. One of the reasons that I stopped coming to the dealership for general repairs and se have a problem with how the recall inspection and process went. One of the reasons that I stopped coming to the dealership for general repairs and servicing is because there is too much of a corporate way of doing things and not enough of a personal relationship with customers as I get with the person I use for servicing now in Blooming Prairie. I am not happy with the missing piece on my vehicle that is subject to recall but which could have been left alone until the repair could have been completed. Very corporate way of doing things...which is not very accommodating. More
