So I was starting to have better experience with the dealership. I have a problem with a purchase and Steve has been helping me. He has been extremely polite. But it has been awhile with no answers. I understand it takes a lot to help with this problem. But I call him and get no call back. I go in and get politness from Steve. Angie is awsem always takes care of me with a smile. The only thing I'm having a issue with is no answers just polite response of we will take care of it. But now I'm getting put in a bind so I wish they would keep in touch and get me a answer. More

First, I have no problem with the front of the house because this dealership has always treated my family fairly and well. However, I find it interesting that I filed a review, and because it was not because this dealership has always treated my family fairly and well. However, I find it interesting that I filed a review, and because it was not stellar regarding the back of the house (an element in the service department), it was determined that something was wrong with the review. There was nothing wrong with what I said or how I said it. I was not happy with the service and felt that Kristin jumped the gun by allowing the service department to start repairs that I had not authorized. I came in for an oil change that should have cost less than a hundred. Did want back up lights checked and changed, but that was all I authorized. The bill that was supposed to cost maybe 150 - 200 at the most, ended up nearly 500 dollars, and the initial cost was over 600. My question is, what happens if I did not have the money for repairs that I did not authorize...and even though I did have the money at the time, I am still not happy with the charges that were incurred that I did not authorize. Unless there is a factory recall where I have to take my vehicles to the service department--and with Ford's factory recalls, that might take years in the making--I will not be servicing my vehicles here again. If there is an issue with this review because it was not five star, then please, stop asking people to give reviews if you don't want them to express an honest opinion. More

Went in with a problem with my truck. That I was told was there when I purchased truck but was not disclosed. But I got there Angie got me squared away. Talked with Steve. He came and did ask about my bad reviews with service. But he stayed calm listed even when I was pissy. But he actually listened and got me coming back to have truck looked at. This kind of service I find very good. Wish everything was this nice. But thank u Steve and Angie. I will see u guys tomorrow and see where this goes. More

Took my jeep in for oil change and to have my tires rotated. Changed oil did not rotate tires. Excuse was they couldn’t unlock tires, tools were in my glove box and they did not call me or make me awar rotated. Changed oil did not rotate tires. Now they want me to take time and come on another day to have it done. I always have trouble here! More

I purchased my vehicle from here I thought and felt it was a good experience untill I started getting my notices from banks some denials that weren't denials to find out I had more options for financing b was a good experience untill I started getting my notices from banks some denials that weren't denials to find out I had more options for financing but I was never offered or discussed my other options. So now I am really upset cause I'm pretty sure my payments could have been better. Why not offer more options even if there may have been down payments or shorter terms or longer terms how do they know if I would have chosen the option they gave me. Then I ask for a spare key to be included. The salesman said not a problem. But then the finance office wouldn't honor that and said I would get it at cost. I said I only wanted a key then I go in and they charge me for a key and a fob. I paid but was not happy. For what it cost I could have gotten both locally cheaper. Only thanks I have was Angie at the front desk she kept me calm and kept me happy. She has great communication and awsem customer service. She is the reason I have them another chance. More
