I made this sale very easy for the salesperson, but he did talk me into financing, I had originally said I would pay cash. When i saw the financing numbers, I immediately cancelled and paid cash. but th did talk me into financing, I had originally said I would pay cash. When i saw the financing numbers, I immediately cancelled and paid cash. but then there was an issue with insurance, I had to get that straightened out. Also the sales person said he would contact previous owner for a second key, I never heard anything back. I talked to the finance person, he explained that the dealer is not required to provide a second key, but I insisted that the least they could do was provide me with a second key, as they are costly. Also in the sales agreement, there was an item for “window tinting”, at the time when I signed, I did not think about this, in retrospect, I will never use that tinting and did not ask for it!!! I am a senior single lady and have not been happy with customer service, emails dont work, and telephone calls are often ignored. More
