Peter was very helpful explaining all that had to be done and arranging Lyft rides for me to and from the dearlership twice. I've always been happy with the service department. Vehicle was determined to have a dead battery. I spoke with the advisor and they made the necessary arrangements to get the car towed up to Colonial Cadillac.
