It took three tries to get it right by the dealership… Peter the GM finally personally handled my order of a new GLB 250 before passing me off to Britt to close when it came in. I was somewhat apprehensive driving 200+ miles to purchase this vehicle. I certainly would have preferred making the purchase from a local Mercedes Benz dealer, however the 4 hour drive turned out to purchase this vehicle. I certainly would have preferred making the purchase from a local Mercedes Benz dealer, however the 4 hour drive turned out to be well worth the effort. It was a pleasure to meet and be guided through the process by Lori. We could not have asked for or expect someone as charming as she was. She was not pushy, she had a great sense of humor, and we had a good back and forth rapport. We were able to drive home 200+ miles feeling very satisfied with how the day went. All of the persons we had contact with, were very pleasant and warm. Although i would not wish anyone having to have to drive that distant in order to purchase a vehicle, i can say that the people from your dealership will be very pleasant. More

They value my time and treat me like a family member. David Wang has been my only sales agent since I met him for the first time 17 years ago, no one else. Why? He is super efficient, knowledgeable, and very professional and most of all, always makes unbeatable deal every time. I have been recommending this dealership to all my friends and family.
