Beware! !! Took my Mercedes with 14000 miles in for routine yearly inspection. Used Valet service. Driver following too close on Rt 22 TOTALED my car. Service !! Took my Mercedes with 14000 miles in for routine yearly inspection. Used Valet service. Driver following too close on Rt 22 TOTALED my car. Service Dept took payment and never reimbursed funds. After trying to contact dealership owner, I call Mercedes corporate. The gave me ref. number and told me owner would call back. Never did. Service Dept last year quoted me over 600 to replace battery in dash. 38 dollar part and ten min to change. They want me to do an oil change, tire rotation (New tires, less than 50 miles on them) and check brake system. 798 dollars. This dealership is Unprofessional , Overpriced, and in my opinion, staff is poorly qualified. Do you self a favor and go to Tom Masano. I took personal and financial lose. More
