I have been looking for a S550 coupe for 5 months to replace my CL550, After doing this for 5 months and speaking to a bunch of different dealers I d I have been looking for a S550 coupe for 5 months to replace my CL550, After doing this for 5 months and speaking to a bunch of different dealers I didn’t feel comfortable buying from, I came across one for sale at Mercedes Benz Lehigh Valley with everything I liked. I am located in New York so wanted information before I purchased the car and made the 2hr and 55min journey . The car was newly listed, As soon as we spoke to Sayed and Jacob I knew this was the experience I wanted to have. Extremely helpful over the phone. Sending me numerous photos of the car to make sure I was comfortable, numerous questions I asked not once did I feel like I was bugging them and nothing but honesty! I was completely confident that they described the car as it was and purchased the car! I arrived there with nothing but open arms from them! They make you feel like family ! The facility is amazing and was exactly the experience I wanted! The car was exactly as described even better !!! The process was super smooth and Donato the finance manager was super friendly and also made me feel very comfortable! I left there with a huge smile and an amazing S550 coupe ! No word a lie-he told me he’s been friends with the owner for over 20 years-that their families vacation together, so it really doesn’t matter what a customer thinks. I honestly could not believe anyone would actually say this to a customer with a concern, but this guy actually did. This has a direct impact on the brand of the dealership. If Paul Goodwin is part of the team-go elsewhere so you’ll be treated ethically, with respect and professionalism-dealing with him was insulting and totally out of line and inappropriate. More
