Overpromised and failed completely. No one returns service calls. Left 4 messages. Not a single call back. Got a message from service manager, called and was told he no longer works the No one returns service calls. Left 4 messages. Not a single call back. Salerno Duane Chrysler Jeep is the only service department that knows what they are doing. They are great at diagnosing issues and do all that they can to rectify.
