We took the exact truck that I wanted out for a test drive and I was done. We got back to the showroom and Tom had one of their managers look at my trade. While I was initially disappointed in their trade in number, Tom explained how they arrived at it and I understood. We calculated my payments and while it was slightly above what I anticipated, it was still within my budget. Then Tom offered to get it all done that day so I could take it home with me (I live approximately 1 hour away). The rest is history.
