I purchased a used 2022 Tacoma from them “as-is,” and within 24 hours the check engine light came on. Not weeks later—the very next day. It’s hard to believe a problem that immediate wasn’t already present before the sale. I contacted the dealership right away, and the manager had me bring the truck back in. They kept it for about a week, which gave the impression they were taking the issue seriously. In the end, however, I was simply told there was nothing they would do and that I was on my own. “At-is” should not be used as a blanket excuse to sell a vehicle with an obvious, immediate issue and then walk away from it. When a problem shows up this quickly, it calls into question the quality of the inspection—or whether the issue was known and overlooked. What’s most frustrating is not just the problem itself, but the complete lack of accountability or effort to make things right. Even a minimal gesture of goodwill would have gone a long way. Instead, the response was essentially: not our problem. If you’re considering buying a used vehicle here, take this as a warning: Do not rely on their inspection, and do not expect any support if something goes wrong—even immediately after purchase. Have the car independently inspected before you buy, or be prepared to handle expensive repairs yourself. More

Ok, normally I would recommend to anyone to avoid at all cost any dealership at the Roseville auto mall. But, now look at me recommending Roseville Toyota! I had a wonderful experience buying my new Toyota 4 runner there! Treyvon my salesman was Awesome, super friendly, super helpful finding the right car for me and my family! Howard is another wonderful friendly person to do business with. Even the finance gentleman that helped us was great! Super service and very polite no matter what I sent his way during the process! If you’re looking for a Toyota or a nice used car, stop by or call and ask for Treyvon!! Even though the car buying process takes FOREVER, no matter where you go, at least having fun dealing with nice people smooths out the ride for me. Give them a try!! The 3 people that I worked with took most of that pain out of the process buying a car. Hopefully the management at that dealership realizes the great people they have as employees and makes sure they stay there. This is the first time in my life I have recommended a car dealership. More
