I just moved back to Dallas and needed my Honda serviced. I’d always use John Eagle Honda when I lived here before and went back to them. It’s service like that that keeps me coming it service they also vacuumed out two years worth of sand from living at the beach from my car. More

Morgan Townsend did an excellent job helping us find a car after our 2021 Passport was totaled by the insurance company. Also Jishai Lawrence did an excellent job helping us with the finances and the w car after our 2021 Passport was totaled by the insurance company. Travis Porter has done a fantastic job of helping us with several issues that needed attention after we took delivery. It does seem that the Honda Certification for a pre-owned car was rushed a bit. This is my fifth Honda CR-V I have leased from this dealership. They have always treated me well, from management to finance to "my man" Mark Shipman! The only thing that needs to be streamlined is getting in and getting out with the closing. It should not take 2.5 hours after everything had been agreed to. We agreed on 7/13/25 and I had an appointment the next day 7/14/25 at 10a to close and pick up the car. Finally at 12:30p I was driving off the lot. There was a lot of confusion on their end. More
