I was able to negotiate the purchase of my new 2026 Civic Si quickly over the phone, and when I arrived, everything was exactly as promised, without any surprises, no pressure, and absolutely no last-minute add-ons. Warranty information was effectively explained even though I ultimately declined the additional coverage, again without any sales pressure. Yiz in sales was excellent to work with. He was professional, responsive, ethical, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Andres in finance was just as impressive, making the paperwork smooth and efficient while clearly explaining each step. Even though I had previously driven the same model elsewhere, they still made sure I had the opportunity to test drive the car before finalizing, which I really appreciated. It’s incredibly rare to find a dealership that combines fairness, efficiency, and transparency this well. Because of how positive this experience was, I fully plan to return for future purchases and to service both of our Honda vehicles here. Highly recommend this team to anyone in the DFW area or beyond if you want a dealership experience done right. More

It seems every time I come to this dealership I always end up leaving dissatisfied. I used to always recommend this dealership because my parents used to come here and they always seem to have a better ex end up leaving dissatisfied. It seems as if every time I come here I always get an advisor that is not attentive or they have very “smart” response back to me when I’m asking a question or having a concern that I would like to have a solution to. One of the mechanics did an inspection on my car and said that the J hook on my battery is missing. I asked the advisor Dusty “ I have a question about this recommendation. I bought this battery through you all. I am bit confused why is was not address when I got by battery changed out.” I sent a screenshot to Dusty with the recommendation about needing a new J-hook. Their response to me was. “ The battery was done over a year ago so it may not have been like..” that did not give me any reassurance or understanding regarding the j-hook. Also, I made an appointment for 7 AM to get an oil change and I had a coupon for $9.95 oil change. I get there maybe 7:05 am. Dusty just tells me “This is not gonna be the price. It’s gonna be $29.99. Do you still wanna do it?”…. There could’ve been a better way of going about that. Also, I let them know that I had to leave at 8:20 am because I had to get to work. Their response was “ I'll let the tech know.. Typically oil changes take 1.5 hours.” that’s why I made the appointment. So. I would be able to be in and out because I have somewhere to be. More
