I have purchased several cars from many dealers over the years. I have never received such great hospitality from anyone like Pan Pan. Excellent service all around. Our Saleswoman, Pan Pan was able to share great details on the vehicle, walk us quickly through our options on the lot, test drove 2 vehicles and had Our Saleswoman, Pan Pan was able to share great details on the vehicle, walk us quickly through our options on the lot, test drove 2 vehicles and had us and out within 3 hours! Justyna did a great job walking us through paperwork, warranties and got me out in time for a business meeting I needed to attend. This was one of the best car buying experiences we've ever had. More

Awful experience purchasing a used Jeep Wrangler here for our daughter two weeks ago. We had the vehicle for 1.5 days and it started shaking violently when I was driving on the highway. I called Jidd and was our daughter two weeks ago. We had the vehicle for 1.5 days and it started shaking violently when I was driving on the highway. I called Jidd and was told to bring it in for service and they would fix the issue. When I brought it in, they wanted me to pay for the diagnostics and for any necessary fix. It turned out that the problem was a recall on the car (this should have been found and fixed when they inspected and prior to selling the car - a long with many other issues we have found since we bought the vehicle in the last two week). The sales manager, Nick, was extremely rude on the phone when I called about the service issue. He was not willing to assist and he accused me of breaking the car. He said that his job is to protect the dealership. Obviously, customer service is not important to him or the quality of the cars that he sells. I told him that we would return the vehicle (they have a three-day guarantee). He got really excited and told me that there is a 10% restocking fee. We ended up bringing the Jeep to a Jeep dealership and had them fix the issue and put on new tires (the ones that were on the Jeep turned out to be in terrible condition). I left an e-mail for the owner - Adam Jidd, and never received a response. I would highly recommend staying as far away as possible from this place. More
