One of the cars wasn't quite ready to be on the lot, but he took me over to look at it. He parked both cars next to each other so I could decide. Very helpful! When I noticed I wasn't provided a copy of my finance paperwork in the envelopes I was given, he maintained good communication to make sure I received what I needed. We figured out he had accidentally entered by email incorrectly, and he fixed it immediately. I appreciate his responsiveness to text. I would absolutely buy from him again. I was very comfortable dealing with him throughout the process. (Justyna in finance is a lovely human & absolutely helped close the deal. I'll leave a review for her separately! Shawn (Sean?) was also integral in helping while I was there. Great team.) More

Justyna is a lovely human being who happens to work in finance. I actually decided to buy the extended warranty through her (instead of other channels) because of her. She could definitely be on the sales floor! 😆 I hope part of the kickback comes to her... She deserves it. There were problems I hope were simple oversights instead of policy. After I left (it was after 10pm), I noticed the envelopes of materials I was provided didn't include ANY of the finance paperwork. Yikes! My salesman realized that he entered my email incorrectly - so maybe that was the issue. Nevertheless, I came up from Indianapolis in a rental, and I didn't want to head home until all of the paperwork was in order. I ended up staying an extra 2 days because I had to return the next day to receive my docs on a USB. Then I came back again because the USB didn't include the extended warranty contract. And she wasn't told I already had a specialized vanity plate. These things would've been major issues, but honestly because the overall team is so strong I didn't even mind the errors. I have one more thing I need (a login code for a product), but I have faith they'll get it to me quickly. I would happily do business with her & their team again. More
