All the staff at Ken Ganley Ford Parma were incredible to work with. My salesperson Pam Koglman was exception. John Ruper was also wonderful to work with. It was time to trade my 2019 F150 from Ganley Ford, so, Pam met my wife and I at the door to the new location in Parma. She was great! Listened to what my interests were, and brought vehicles to us to test Pam met my wife and I at the door to the new location in Parma. She was great! Listened to what my interests were, and brought vehicles to us to test drive. We decided on the Explorer ST. John Ruper worked up a great deal, and traded for the color we wanted.
