I purchased a new 2026 Ford Escape. The sale went exceptionly well. I had an appointment with Mr. Mark Rezzano, Sales Consultant. Mr.Rezzano showed me several new Ford Escapes in the de The sale went exceptionly well. I had an appointment with Mr. Mark Rezzano, Sales Consultant. Mr.Rezzano showed me several new Ford Escapes in the dealer's back lot. I liked one of the Escape's exterior and interior colors. Mr. Rezzano allowed a small test drive of the Escape. The Escape drove and handled nicely. I felt comfortable driving the Escape and said I would buy the Escape. Back in Mr Rezzano's office, he calculated the price of the Escape and included the cash value estimate of my old car which was a trade-in. The new Escape was being prep'd, cleaned and made ready for the customer. Mr. Rezzano accepted my down payment for a portion of the sales price of the Escape. He contacted Tracy Sapienza in Finance who prepared financial/purchase/regulatory papers for signing. Mr Rezzano introduced me to my new Escape reviewing the internal features. Pam Koglman, Sales Associate assisted with linking my cell phone to the dashboard option. Mr. Bob Scheatzle, Sales Associate assisted with setting up customer's account on Ford.com . A lot of work was completed in one afternoon. I was able to drive my new Ford Escape home that same afternoon. That was fantastic!!! Thank you very much for making this purchase very enjoyable!!!
