We purchased a Ford Escape with the help of Pam. And the whole experience was wonderful. She made everything as easy as possible for us. Also there were two minor cosmetic things we didn’t like. They went ahead and scheduled a repair for them and gave us a loner car free of charge. When our vehicle was picked up they also washed it for us. So yes Ken Ganley Ford has wonderful staff and we will definitely be coming back for our next vehicle. More
