I NEVER had an experience like this with a dealership. 100% recommend this dealer. They do not work on commission like others. They truly are there to help you and not themselves. I live in Melrose Park with a Ford dealership in walking distance and I drove to Naperville based on my consumer report pricing as a starting point and figured out what other two I was checking out too. Very good experience. Salesperson Craig contacted me about an hour after internet inquery sent. He was not working that night, but found me another associate to work with if I wanted to get assistance t about an hour after internet inquery sent. He was not working that night, but found me another associate to work with if I wanted to get assistance the same day. In the end, we did go in the same day to test-drive. Pam was very helpful, and I ended up choosing the car the same day; finalizing a few details of the sale the next day. Also a good experience with John in service and Doug in finance. We received a good price on the SUV, a very good interest rate, and enjoyed everything about purchasing this vehicle. We did purchase the Protection package from Bob, because we bought this same product from him when we purchased our 2006 Explorer. The protection treatment on our previous Explorer made the car sparkle and shine brilliantly! I would definately buy this protection for my vehicles. More
