This was a great experience! I am relieved for that, as this was my first new car purchase. My last experience with purchasing a vehicle occurred in Phoenix AZ at Camelback Ford, for a used 2007 Expedition this was my first new car purchase. My last experience with purchasing a vehicle occurred in Phoenix AZ at Camelback Ford, for a used 2007 Expedition. That experience was horrific and I must admit I was prepared for a similar and trying experience this time assuming that all car buying experiences would be that way. To my surprise I am happy to admit that this was a wonderful and thankfully enjoyable and even supportive experience for me and my wife. Pam and Craig were both very informative and professional at every stage of this purchase. They displayed absolute patience and complete honesty. Unlike my last experience in Phoenix there were no surprises related to pricing and options on the vehicle. This experience in total was only 4 hours over two days unlike in Phoenix which occurred over 3 days and averaged roughly 18 hours. That was quite UN-enjoyable. With my dealing with Fair Oaks Ford via Craig and Pam I strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a no pressure honest and clear experience. More
