Blown away by John and his dealership! I went in looking for a used something to replace my van that had just blown up, I told John I needed something with 4 wheels, a motor and low payments...He went above for a used something to replace my van that had just blown up, I told John I needed something with 4 wheels, a motor and low payments...He went above and beyond anything I could have ever expected helping my husband and I crunch the numbers and looking at everything and in the end we decided on a NEW Ford Fusion! There was absolutely no pressure and the staff is OUTSTANDING. We were at the dealership for several hours and the entire experience was like spending an afternoon with friends. More

I just purchased a new 2012 Lincoln from Fair Oaks in Naperville and the service was unbelievable!!! I got more for my trade than anywhere else and the sales person Pam was professional beyond your wild Naperville and the service was unbelievable!!! I got more for my trade than anywhere else and the sales person Pam was professional beyond your wildest dreams!! Everyone from sales, and finance to service were so friendly kept asking me if I wanted a bottle of water or coffee. Then a mechanic Mark was walking by and asked me if I needed help when I told him I was buying a MKT and he was so nice told me all about the vehicle, he was so friendly and energetic I have never experienced anything like it . Being comfortable with the sales process is important which I am but I feel so comfortable using the service department!!! Let’s face it after the sale the next 5 or 6 years I will need maintenance and service and I have never felt more comfortable with a dealership. I will never go anywhere else!!!! More
