sales & service I have been buying cars for over 40 yrs no dealership has been like Arnie Bauer. the moment you walk in the door you know you are in the right place t I have been buying cars for over 40 yrs no dealership has been like Arnie Bauer. the moment you walk in the door you know you are in the right place to buy a car, or have your car serviced. Norm was great. He didn't push me or try to talk me in to anything. I looked around. He answered questions. When I found my LACROSS, he made me a great deal. Now when I go in for service, Mark makes sure that my car is up to date with all my required service. I couldn't be happier. It's not just Norm,& Mark, all the employees are friendly, and always have a smile no there faces. I wouldn't go to anyone else for a car or service. Mr. Bauer you have a great team working for you.
