I bought my Buick Enclave here and everyone that was part of the deal was absolutely great! Starting with Norm Mitchell, Salesman who greeted my son and I as we walked in, to Alyssa, Sales manager, and Jeff Rodgers, Finance, and Alexis who taught us about the OnStar program, and how everything on the instrument panel works. Norm Mitchell really knows about the cars and was totally accommodating with everything. No pressure just information and guidance. He really is a pleasant person and genuinely cares about the customers concerns. Alyssa was very pleasant and introduced herself and made us feel welcome. Jeff Rodgers was very pleasant, honest and helpful while navigating us through the paperwork. Very helpful explanations of what exactly I was signing, and never any pressure to rush through anything. Alexis is very very knowledgeable and patient while teaching us what all the bells and whistles meant on the instrument panel, the OnStar program, and really makes it a pleasant experience. I really appreciated the entire experience and will definitely recommend and return for my next car purchase! More

Fair but takes work on your part This dealership is fair in the end when it comes to making a deal. However it does take a little bit of the typical dealership games. I was greete This dealership is fair in the end when it comes to making a deal. However it does take a little bit of the typical dealership games. I was greeted with a friendly smiles the second I entered the building and a firm handshake from the manager. Norm was then introduced to me and was in a great mood and came off as very friendly. However from this point on, on day 1 I felt like I was viewed at as more of a sale than a person. Granted I am younger and did make a long drive, so I would think most buyers of my background do come off as a little more naive and most dealerships see an easy chance of getting there way. I was low balled on my trade and they showed very little budge on there vehicle. Despite there website saying they give the best trade in values and that they price there vehicles to sell but are also open to offers. After seeing the negotiations were going nowhere I decided to thank them for their time and walk away. An hour into my drive home they called saying they could make the deal happen at the terms I requested. Why couldn't they have just happened when I was there? Why play the reindeer games? Then I made the two hour drive back on Monday. I was treated much better and like a professional person. Had my day 1 experience been the same as my day 2 experience then this review would contain all 5 stars and maybe one 4 star and been recommended to all friends and family. I got a great deal on my new vehicle and the proper trade in value for my vehicle. More

Norm had it waiting for us with gas when we got there, we liked it right away and decided to purchase, Norm took us through the process and explained anything we had questions about. As we were programming the seat memory I heard a foreign sound from the engine and brought it to Norm's attention, all mechanics were gone,so we chose to come back on the morning for a check up... Norm took it in right away and they found a loose belt, which they ordered right away for the repair. James Brown was extremely helpful, the best and very patient with "non techies"!! Norm , I know, will always be there for us and it is greatly appreciated!! More
