We opted to wait for the car and we were in and out in less than an hour and a half (after being advised to expect about a two hour wait. In our case, all work was free--a pleasant surprise. The place was very clean and there were decent coffee, tea and other drinks available, as well as an assortment of munchies. Our rep went over the invoice in detail and answered all questions thoroughly. A very good experience overall, we drove away happy! More
